As Independent Dealers, J.A. and Sandy will navigate each homeowner though the process of designing a log or timber home and serving as liaison with Honest Abe throughout the manufacturing process. Honest Abe Log Homes began in 1979 and is still owned and operated by the family of its founder. Honest Abe’s kiln-dried, Eastern white pine and Douglas fir log and timber packages are manufactured in Moss, Tennessee, upon order.

Meet the Krienkes…

After more than 50 years of marriage, the team of J.A. and Sandy Krienke have developed a synchronized approach to business. Watching them interact with one another gives complete confidence to homeowners that they are in knowledgeable and competent hands from the purchase of land to the development of plans, to construction and post construction.

With 35 years as a building contractor, including log and panelized homes as well as commercial structures including office condos, equine facilities and more, the couple have developed a successful balance of the work of helping people realize their dream of a log home.

The easy way they work together stretches to their days as high school sweethearts and Sandy’s love of entertaining for family gatherings of their growing extended family and her love of outdoor living make it easy for homeowners to benefit for those decades of experience in design.

Sandy and J.A. have an exclusive dealer agreement with Honest Abe Log Homes to represent the entire line of Log Cabins, Log Homes and Timber Frame designs in the greater Springfield, Missouri, area.
